Michael J. Hackett provides service to both Mt. Pleasant and Cheboygan offices. His practice includes personal injury, contract litigation, criminal defense, real estate and business law. He is a 1975 graduate of Detroit college of Law and a 1971 graduate of Central Michigan University. He is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, Criminal Defense Attorneys Association of Michigan and Michigan Association for Justice, formerly known as Michigan Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Hackett has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan. He was elected the Cheboygan County Prosecutor in 1977 and re-elected for a second term in 1981. Mr. Hackett's trial experience includes $1,000,000 personal injury cases, complex commercial litigation and criminal defense matters involving capital cases. |

Matthew A. Romashko is an attorney with the Mt. Pleasant office. His Practice areas include Real Estate, Criminal, Corporate and Probate. He is a 1999 graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Magna Cum Laude and a 1994 graduate of Ferris State University with honors. He is a member of the Isabella County Bar Association, Mecosta-Osceola County Bar Association, American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Romashko currently serves as an Assistant City Attorney of the City of Mt. Pleasant and is the President of the Isabella County Bar Association.

Mary Ann J. O'Neil is an attorney with the Mt. Pleasant office. Her practice includes personal injury, general civil, real estate, business law and employment law. She is a 1989 graduate of Canisius College of Buffalo, New York and a 1993 graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law.
